There are still nine months to go before the scheduled start in Via di Roma, but the planning of the Ravenna Marathon City of Art continues at a rapid pace in the belief that vaccines and containment regulations lead, in November, to a condition that allows the regular running of the big event.
And precisely in this perspective, Ravenna Runners Club and HOKA ONE ONE have signed a collaboration agreement for the next two years, with an option for the third. The Ravenna Marathon therefore embarks on a new path with the well-known sports company. HOKE ONE ONE will be the title sponsor over the 42k distance by strongly tying its brand to the event, whose name will change to “HOKA RAVENNA MARATHON CITY OF ART“.
A sponsor with a story to tell. HOKA ONE ONE was born from an intuition, on the top of a mountain in New Zealand. Founders Jean-luc and Nico wanted to simplify downhill running by rethinking the nature of shoes. Their idea worked, to the delight of the whole ultra marathon world.
